HOCKEY GOAL PEGS, WHAT DO THE RULES SAY?

We at SMADA follow the rules and requirements set by the Swedish Ice Hockey Association when it comes to Goal Pegs. But what do the rules say? Below we have compiled the most important things about Flex Pegs and what needs to be followed when it comes to match play.

Goal Pegs must be made of the material polyurethane, or of another material approved by SIF. The senior peg must have a stiffness of 90 shore A and the junior peg must have a stiffness of 80 shore A. The senior peg must be blue and the junior peg must be yellow. They must be marked with Sr90 and Jr80 respectively on the top side.
