Refund policy

The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days and begins the day after you have received the delivery. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days from the day you notified us of your intention to utilize your right of withdrawal.

You have the right to examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its function and characteristics. Return can only be made if the product is returned to us and received in a substantially unchanged condition.

If you have handled the product more than necessary to determine its function and characteristics, SMADA is entitled to a depreciation deduction for the decrease in value that has occurred as a result of your handling of the product.

No additional costs will be incurred if you cancel your purchase before the product has left our warehouse.

Refunds to customers are usually made within 14 days of the approval of your return or presentation of a receipt. The Consumer Agency also provides a standard form to exercise the right of withdrawal, which you are welcome to use and include in the return shipment.

Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the risk of return shipping.
