Refund Policy

The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days and begins the day after you receive the delivery. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days from the day you notified us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You have the right to examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its function and characteristics. Return can only be made if the product is returned to us and received in substantially unchanged condition.

If you have handled the product more than necessary to determine its function and characteristics, SMADA is entitled to a depreciation deduction for the decrease in value that has occurred as a result of your handling of the product.

No additional costs will be incurred if you cancel your purchase before the product has left our warehouse.

Refunds to customers are usually made within 14 days of approval of your return or presentation of a receipt. The Swedish Consumer Agency also provides a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal, which you are welcome to use and include in the return shipment.

Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.

Delivery Policy

At SMADA PRODUCTS AB, we strive to offer a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers. Our delivery policy ensures that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Please read the following information to understand our delivery process and policies.

Delivery Options:

We offer reliable and secure delivery options for our customers in Sweden. Currently, we collaborate with PostNord for all our shipments.

Shipping Costs:

For deliveries within Sweden, we charge a fixed shipping fee of 150 SEK. This fee covers the cost of packaging, handling, and transportation to ensure that your order reaches you safely.

Returns:

We understand that it may sometimes be necessary to return a product. Therefore, we offer free returns on all purchases. If you wish to return one or more products, please contact us by email with your order number, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. This label allows you to return the goods at no cost.

Unclaimed Packages:

If you do not collect a delivered shipment within 7 days, it will be returned to us. In such cases, SMADA PRODUCTS AB reserves the right to charge you for the return shipping costs as well as any handling and administration fees (300 SEK). Please note that unclaimed packages are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
