At SMADA Hockey, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers. Our shipping policy ensures that your order is delivered to you on time and in perfect condition. Please read the following information to understand our shipping process and policies.
SHIPPING PARTNER
We currently work with PostNord for all our shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
Current shipping fees within Sweden and the rest of the world are applied at the final stage of checkout. This fee covers the cost of packaging, handling, and transportation to ensure that your order reaches you safely.
RETURNS
We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return a product. That’s why we offer free returns on all purchases. If you wish to return one or more products, please contact us via email with your order number, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. This label allows you to return the items at no cost.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a delivered package is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to us. In such cases, SMADA PRODUCTS AB reserves the right to charge you for return shipping costs as well as any handling and administrative fees (300 SEK). Please note that unclaimed packages are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
